J.D. Power and Associates announced July 27, 2011 that RE/MAX ranked highest in customer satisfaction, for both BUYERS and SELLERS, in its 2011 residential real estate survey.

The was performed with a national study of 4200 evaluations from 3,680 respondents showing that factors such as agent/salesperson, office, marketing and additional services offered to be the most important factors in real estate customer satisfaction.
